Equipped with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details, this 60 sqm apartment meets the highest standards of contemporary living. The Chalet Foret holiday apartment is located on the garden floor and features a large covered sun terrace with a fantastic panoramic view - on good days, including an Alpine panorama. The spacious living-dining area is flooded with light, featuring large panoramic windows and direct access to the covered sun terrace. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette, and the dining area offers ample space for up to 5 people. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides a pleasant sleeping space for 2 people. The entire apartment is tiled with high-quality wood-look tiles (underfloor heating). The apartment has direct access via an external staircase at the side of the house. You enter through the rain-protected vestibule, which offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.8 x 2.0 m box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a spacious bathtub. Be enchanted and linger with all your senses, far from any hustle and bustle. Simply arrive and relax. Chalet Foret was completed at the end of December 2023. The construction of the outdoor facilities cannot be completed until the beginning of 2024 due to weather conditions. No construction work will take place during your stay. Chalet Foret is located away from noise and traffic and offers a breathtaking view from the terrace, with good visibility and an impressive Alpine panorama. From the ground floor, you have direct access to a large, sunny balcony. New from April: Relax and recharge in the sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The high-quality furnishings and generous space offer the utmost in comfort. The open living and dining area is filled with light thanks to large panoramic windows and opens onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats up to eight. In the living area, a comfortable leather sofa invites you to relax. The entire house features underfloor heating and elegant wood-look tiles. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where you’ll also find a reserved garage with a wallbox for your electric car. Three bedrooms accommodate up to seven guests. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a spacious rain shower and bathtub, while the downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom.
