Equipped with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details, this 60 sqm apartment meets the highest standards of contemporary living. The Chalet Foret holiday apartment is located on the garden floor and features a large covered sun terrace with a fantastic panoramic view - on good days, including an Alpine panorama. The spacious living-dining area is flooded with light, featuring large panoramic windows and direct access to the covered sun terrace. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette, and the dining area offers ample space for up to 5 people. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides a pleasant sleeping space for 2 people. The entire apartment is tiled with high-quality wood-look tiles (underfloor heating). The apartment has direct access via an external staircase at the side of the house. You enter through the rain-protected vestibule, which offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.8 x 2.0 m box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a spacious bathtub. Be enchanted and linger with all your senses, far from any hustle and bustle. Simply arrive and relax. Chalet Foret was completed at the end of December 2023. The construction of the outdoor facilities cannot be completed until the beginning of 2024 due to weather conditions. No construction work will take place during your stay. Chalet Foret is located away from noise and traffic and offers a breathtaking view from the terrace, with good visibility and an impressive Alpine panorama. Bienvenidos a vuestro chalet de 5 estrellas Chalet Foret, situado en la soleada colina de Todtnauberg. Disfrutad de unas vistas impresionantes al paisaje circundante; en días claros, incluso podréis ver los Alpes. El Chalet Foret forma parte de una casa pareada de nueva construcción con estructura tradicional de madera. Ofrece 200 m² distribuidos en tres plantas. Desde la planta baja accedéis al amplio y soleado balcón. Nuevo: a partir de abril, dispondréis de sauna, perfecta para relajaros y recargar energías. El equipamiento de alta calidad y los amplios espacios garantizan una estancia cómoda y exclusiva. El salón-comedor abierto, con grandes ventanales panorámicos, es muy luminoso y conecta directamente con el balcón. La cocina abierta está completamente equipada y la mesa del comedor tiene espacio para ocho. En la sala de estar, un cómodo sofá de cuero os invita a relajaros. Toda la casa cuenta con suelo radiante y elegantes baldosas efecto madera. La entrada principal está en la planta baja, donde también tenéis un garaje reservado con punto de carga para coches eléctricos. En los tres dormitorios pueden dormir hasta siete personas. Dos dormitorios en la planta superior comparten un baño con ducha efecto lluvia y bañera; el dormitorio en la planta inferior tiene baño propio. El Chalet Foret se encuentra en una zona tranquila, lejos del ruido y el tráfico. Es el punto de partida ideal para descubrir la belleza de la Selva Negra y disfrutar de la naturaleza y las vistas.
