Welcome to your holiday retreat, Chalet Foret, situated on the sunny hill of Todtnauberg. Boasting a stunning view of the surrounding landscape, and on clear days, even a view of the Alps. Equipped with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details, this 60 sqm apartment meets the highest standards of contemporary living. The Chalet Foret holiday apartment is located on the garden floor and features a large covered sun terrace with a fantastic panoramic view - on good days, including an Alpine panorama. The spacious living-dining area is flooded with light, featuring large panoramic windows and direct access to the covered sun terrace. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette, and the dining area offers ample space for up to 5 people. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides a pleasant sleeping space for 2 people. The entire apartment is tiled with high-quality wood-look tiles (underfloor heating). The apartment has direct access via an external staircase at the side of the house. You enter through the rain-protected vestibule, which offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.8 x 2.0 m box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a spacious bathtub. Be enchanted and linger with all your senses, far from any hustle and bustle. Simply arrive and relax. Chalet Foret was completed at the end of December 2023. The construction of the outdoor facilities cannot be completed until the beginning of 2024 due to weather conditions. No construction work will take place during your stay. Chalet Foret is located away from noise and traffic and offers a breathtaking view from the terrace, with good visibility and an impressive Alpine panorama. Profitez d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante, et par beau temps, jusqu’aux Alpes. Le Chalet Forêt fait partie d’une maison jumelée récente construite en bois traditionnel. Sur trois étages, vous disposez de 200 m² habitables. Depuis le rez-de-chaussée, accédez au grand balcon ensoleillé. Nouveauté : à partir d’avril, profitez d’un sauna, idéal pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer. L’équipement haut de gamme et les volumes généreux garantissent un confort optimal. Le séjour ouvert et lumineux grâce aux baies vitrées donne accès direct au balcon. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée et la salle à manger attenante accueille jusqu’à huit convives. Le salon offre un canapé en cuir confortable. Le chauffage au sol et les carreaux effet bois apportent chaleur et élégance à toute la maison. L’entrée principale se situe au rez-de-chaussée, où un garage réservé avec borne de recharge est à votre disposition. Les trois chambres accueillent jusqu’à sept personnes. À l’étage, deux chambres partagent une salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne et baignoire ; la chambre du sous-sol dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Situé au calme, loin du bruit et de la circulation, ce chalet luxueux est le point de départ idéal pour explorer la Forêt-Noire et profiter de paysages magnifiques.
