Equipped with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details, this 60 sqm apartment meets the highest standards of contemporary living. The Chalet Foret holiday apartment is located on the garden floor and features a large covered sun terrace with a fantastic panoramic view - on good days, including an Alpine panorama. The spacious living-dining area is flooded with light, featuring large panoramic windows and direct access to the covered sun terrace. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette, and the dining area offers ample space for up to 5 people. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides a pleasant sleeping space for 2 people. The entire apartment is tiled with high-quality wood-look tiles (underfloor heating). The apartment has direct access via an external staircase at the side of the house. You enter through the rain-protected vestibule, which offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.8 x 2.0 m box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a spacious bathtub. Be enchanted and linger with all your senses, far from any hustle and bustle. Simply arrive and relax. Chalet Foret was completed at the end of December 2023. The construction of the outdoor facilities cannot be completed until the beginning of 2024 due to weather conditions. No construction work will take place during your stay. Chalet Foret is located away from noise and traffic and offers a breathtaking view from the terrace, with good visibility and an impressive Alpine panorama. Benvenuti nel vostro chalet a 5 stelle Chalet Foret, situato sulla collina soleggiata di Todtnauberg. Godetevi la vista mozzafiato sul paesaggio circostante, nelle giornate limpide persino fino alle Alpi. Chalet Foret fa parte di una casa bifamiliare di nuova costruzione in stile tradizionale in legno. Su tre piani trovate 200 mq di spazio abitativo. Dal piano terra accedete al grande balcone soleggiato. Novità: da inizio aprile, la nostra struttura offre una sauna, ideale per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi. Gli interni di alta qualità e gli ampi spazi soddisfano le esigenze di comfort più elevate. La zona giorno e pranzo open space, illuminata da grandi finestre panoramiche, offre accesso diretto al balcone. La cucina aperta è completamente attrezzata e il tavolo da pranzo adiacente ospita fino a otto persone. Il soggiorno dispone di un comodo divano in pelle. Tutta la casa è dotata di riscaldamento a pavimento e pavimenti in gres effetto legno. L’ingresso principale è al piano terra, dove trovate anche un garage riservato con wallbox per la ricarica dell’auto elettrica. Le tre camere da letto ospitano comodamente fino a sette persone. Le due camere al piano superiore condividono un bagno con ampia doccia a pioggia e vasca, mentre la camera al piano inferiore dispone di bagno privato. Chalet Foret si trova in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal traffico. È il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare la splendida natura della Foresta Nera. Vi attendono paesaggi aperti e panorami suggestivi. Lasciatevi incantare e godetevi giorni di puro relax lontano dalla frenesia quotidiana.
