Equipped with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details, this 60 sqm apartment meets the highest standards of contemporary living. The Chalet Foret holiday apartment is located on the garden floor and features a large covered sun terrace with a fantastic panoramic view - on good days, including an Alpine panorama. The spacious living-dining area is flooded with light, featuring large panoramic windows and direct access to the covered sun terrace. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette, and the dining area offers ample space for up to 5 people. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides a pleasant sleeping space for 2 people. The entire apartment is tiled with high-quality wood-look tiles (underfloor heating). The apartment has direct access via an external staircase at the side of the house. You enter through the rain-protected vestibule, which offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.8 x 2.0 m box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a spacious bathtub. Be enchanted and linger with all your senses, far from any hustle and bustle. Simply arrive and relax. Chalet Foret was completed at the end of December 2023. The construction of the outdoor facilities cannot be completed until the beginning of 2024 due to weather conditions. No construction work will take place during your stay. Chalet Foret is located away from noise and traffic and offers a breathtaking view from the terrace, with good visibility and an impressive Alpine panorama. Bem-vindos ao vosso refúgio de 5 estrelas, o Chalet Foret, situado numa encosta soalheira em Todtnauberg. Desfrutem de vistas deslumbrantes sobre a paisagem envolvente, alcançando até aos Alpes em dias claros. O Chalet Foret faz parte de uma moradia geminada recém-construída em estrutura tradicional de madeira. Com 200 m² distribuídos por três pisos, oferece espaço amplo e confortável. Do rés do chão acedem a uma varanda grande e soalheira. Novo: a partir de abril, têm à disposição uma sauna – perfeita para relaxar e recuperar energias. A decoração de alta qualidade e o espaço generoso garantem conforto superior. A sala de estar e jantar, aberta e luminosa graças às janelas panorâmicas, tem acesso direto à varanda. A cozinha está totalmente equipada e a mesa de jantar acomoda até oito pessoas. O sofá de pele convida a momentos de descontração. Toda a casa dispõe de aquecimento por piso radiante e pavimento em azulejo com aspeto de madeira. A entrada principal situa-se no rés do chão, onde encontram uma garagem reservada com wallbox para carros elétricos. Os três quartos acomodam até sete pessoas. Dois quartos no piso superior partilham uma casa de banho com duche efeito chuva e banheira; o quarto do piso inferior tem casa de banho privativa. O Chalet Foret está numa zona tranquila, longe do trânsito, sendo o ponto de partida ideal para explorar a paisagem idílica da Floresta Negra. Esperam-vos amplos horizontes e vistas impressionantes.
